Baby-and-Me Yoga 4-week Series

This class welcomes postpartum parents with pre-crawling babies. You should be cleared by a medical professional to return to exercise in order to participate fully, but all are welcome to come be in the class. This class is a great place to meet other postpartum parents, connect with your body, relax, move with your baby, and gain skills for caring for a new baby, including baby massage. In this space, participants are welcome to nurse, feed, change diapers, soothe fussy babies, walk about, and snack as needed.

Prenatal Yoga 4-week Series

Classes for pregnant students that include adapted postures that will support and help you connect with your changing body. These classes will incorporate breathwork, guided meditations, practice with pelvic floor awareness, and doula tips and tricks!

Class Descriptions

  • Prenatal Flow with Strength- a flow that incorporates safe, strength-building exercises that will help prepare your body for birth and the postpartum time. Expect options and modifications for all the stages of pregnancy. 

  • Postnatal Flow with Strength- a flow that incorporates safe exercises to help stabilize and strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles. Expect different options for all stages of postpartum healing.

  • Prenatal Slow Flow- a slow and steady flow that allows time to explore poses and mindfully transition while cultivating balance and calm in body and mind. Expect modifications for different stages of pregnancy.

  • Postnatal Slow Flow- a slow and steady flow that allows time to explore poses and mindfully transition while cultivating balance and calm in body and mind. This class will have many options as postpartum healing is so different for every body.

  • Active Restorative- a restorative and restful practice done mostly lying or seated on the mat with the help of props to completely support you. We will incorporate small movements in between poses held for longer periods of time. This practice allows your body to relax and release tension through passive stretching.

  • Restorative- a practice done seated or lying on the mat with the support of props. We will move through fewer poses and allow your body and mind to experience deep relaxation. This style emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga and will include guided meditations and visualizations.





Postnatal Yoga 4-Week Series
$70.00

This series welcomes birthing people who have been cleared by a medical professional to exercise. It's a great place to meet other postpartum parents, connect with your body, rest/relax, and learn stretches and movements to help relieve stress and tension in the areas of the body that are healing and need extra care during this period. This series also focuses on restabilizing the core muscles and recovery of the pelvic floor.
