Baby-and-Me Yoga 4-week Series
This series is designed for caregivers and their pre-crawling infants. It's an opportunity to engage in gentle yoga while connecting with other new parents, bonding with your child, and learning skills to care for a new baby, including baby massage. For birthing individuals, full participation is advised once you have approval from a healthcare provider to resume physical activity, but everyone is invited to join and be part of the session. The environment is supportive of feeding, diaper changes, calming unsettled infants, walking, rocking, and eating as needed.

Postnatal Yoga 4-week Series
This series welcomes birthing people who have been cleared by a medical professional to exercise. Whether you're just starting to move after birth, a few months postpartum, or a year+ into your postpartum experience, this class is for you. It's a great place to meet other postpartum parents, connect with your body, rest/relax, and learn stretches and movements to help relieve stress and tension in the areas of the body that are healing and need extra care during this period. This series prioritizes relaxation and restabilizing the core and pelvic floor muscles.
